Know about Program Details
Cancellation and Refunds (Physical):
1. Membership cannot be cancelled nor refunded.
2. Sessions during unfavourable weather conditions(rains etal). Coach shall check with parents group 2 hours before. If there is 50% or more participation, thr session shalll be counted. Else the session shall be cancelled and made good over the regular course.
3. In the event of 3rd wave the company shall hold the monies as UPUGO VOUCHER. It shall be made good once things are back to Normal by way of remaining classes being delivered. Customers shall also have the option to switch to digital programs proportinately for the UPUGO VOUCHER. There will be no refunds made for fee collected.
4. In case of unfulfillment from upugo the customer is eligible for the refund in the form of Fitcoupon only when the concern is raised and not resolved within two Business days. The customer has to intimate upugo within 48 hours from the start date of the membership purchased. The FITCOUPON shall be processed for a refund over the due course of time which is 15 business working days.”
